I started JEBCO Properties in 1985 to manage the real estate holding of our clients.

In May 2011 I started Ylishalem Capital Management LLC to expand our real estate entrepreneurial business because I like real estate development and the challenges it presents. 

The purpose of this blog is to interact with our clients and visitors about obtaining private money to fund real estate projects.

We have a new and exciting development projects on the drawing board. The project is to develop two luxury town homes in a good Southern California beach community.
